During my post college semi-pro season I knew I needed to do whatever I could to give myself the best chance to find success. I was racing NorAM GS all season and competing to see if I could make the jump to the next level. One of the important areas I focused on was my nutrition. Michelle Mix took the time to go through my daily training and calorie burn to help me create a personalized nutrition plan.
I had worked with some general nutritionists before who told me some pretty generic advice so to have specific data and research done with Michelle changed the game for me. I was able to train longer, train with more power, and make gains on the hill with overall stamina and strength. I was thrilled with the progress I made with Michelle and the information I learned. I am extremely grateful for all of the insight Michelle was able to provide and recommend her for any elite athlete who is trying to make the next jump in their career!
