Hi! I’m Michelle Mix, registered dietitian and sports nutritionist and I'm here to be your guide, your inspiration, and your motivation to conquer your goals. I received my BS in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, completed my internship at Helene Fuld Medical Center in Trenton, NJ and hold a MS from Boston University. In addition, I am a licensed practitioner in Massachusetts, member of CPSDA (collegiate and professional sports dietetic association), SCAN (sports, cardiovascular and wellness nutrition practice group) and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Over the past 15 years, I've helped athletes meet their athletic goals while honing their nutrition skills; from qualifying for high school state meets and Olympic trials, to winning an Iron Man and making the National Team. As a former division I swimmer, I continue my own pursuit as a life long athlete, outdoor adventurer, and ‘hockey-downhill mountain bike-freeski-lacrosse mom" and I’m passionate about making nutrition simple and easy for everyone. My favorite motto is “nutrition doesn’t have to complicated” and I work to bring creative solutions to competitive athletes, teams, and busy sports families.
